The international symposium on ice will be held in Russia for the first time

The symposium will discuss the research of ice and hydraulic problems in the seas and rivers, the study of ice properties, ice loads, marine structures and environmental problems. The symposium is held by the International Association of Hydraulic Research with participation of an independent international organisation of hydraulic engineers and water technology specialists.
